The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) says ongoing power outages are temporary and part of efforts to stabilise the national grid. It explained that repair works, including restoration at the Akosombo Dam and other network upgrades, are causing intermittent interruptions. ECG assures that these interventions will eventually improve and stabilise electricity supply across the country.
