CCTV footage has emerged showing the terrifying moment suspected armed robbers stormed a shop located at a GOIL fuel station near Amasaman, causing panic among workers and customers.
According to reports, the armed men allegedly attacked staff during the robbery, using force to overpower them before making away with several valuable items from the shop. The incident, which was captured on surveillance cameras, has since sparked concern among residents and business owners in the area over rising insecurity.
Eyewitnesses say the suspects acted swiftly, leaving the scene before security personnel could intervene. Authorities are yet to release an official statement, but investigations are expected to be underway to identify and arrest those involved.
The disturbing footage has since gone viral on social media, with many Ghanaians calling for increased security measures at fuel stations and other public commercial spaces.
