🚜 Feed Ghana Brigade Receives 500 New Motorbikes to Boost Agricultural Development Nationwide 🇬🇭

The Ministry of Food and Agriculture has officially handed over new motorbikes to the 500 newly commissioned personnel of the Feed Ghana Brigade as part of efforts to strengthen agricultural extension services and improve food production across the country.

The motorbikes are expected to enhance the mobility of the officers, enabling them to travel easily to farming communities, monitor agricultural activities, provide technical support to farmers, and ensure the effective implementation of government agricultural programmes. The initiative forms part of the government’s broader commitment to modernizing agriculture and improving food security.

Speaking during the presentation, officials emphasized that the deployment of the motorbikes will help the Feed Ghana Brigade personnel reach even the most remote communities where access has often been a challenge. They urged the officers to use the motorcycles responsibly and remain committed to supporting farmers with dedication and professionalism.

The Feed Ghana Brigade is expected to play a key role in increasing agricultural productivity, creating employment opportunities, and helping Ghana achieve greater food self-sufficiency. The Ministry believes equipping the personnel with reliable transportation will significantly improve their efficiency and contribute to the growth and transformation of the country’s agricultural sector.
