Truck Overturns at Obretema on Accra–Kumasi Highway, Leaving Goods Scattered Across the Road
Motorists traveling on the Accra–Kumasi Highway experienced a major disruption after a truck overturned at Obretema, leaving the vehicle lying on its roof and its cargo scattered across the roadway.
Photos from the scene show the green truck completely overturned, with hundreds of plastic bottles, broken glass, beverages and other items strewn across both lanes of the highway. The accident caused a significant obstruction, forcing approaching drivers to slow down as other vehicles carefully navigated past the wreckage.
The exact cause of the crash remains unknown, and there has been no official confirmation regarding casualties or injuries.
