62 Ghanaians Killed in Ukraine War as Ablakwa Demands End to Russian Recruitment
Ghana has appealed to Russia to stop recruiting its citizens to fight in the Ukraine war, with 62 Ghanaians reportedly killed and 15 still missing. Foreign Affairs Minister Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa says Ghana is engaging Russia over the issue while also announcing an increase in scholarships for Ghanaian students.
