ZEEPAY IN TROUBLE: Court Orders Zeepay and CEO Andrew Takyi-Appiah to Pay Michael Yusuf Over $11.6M for Failed Fund Transfer
A Ghanaian High Court has ordered Zeepay Ghana Limited and its CEO, Andrew Takyi-Appiah, to jointly pay over US$11.6 million plus additional sums to businessman Michael Yusuf over a failed fund transfer. The court ruled that the company failed to complete the transactions after receiving the funds and awarded judgment in favour of the plaintiff with interest and legal costs.
