UN Warns Ebola Outbreak Could Cost Africa US$3.6 Billion
The United Nations has warned that the ongoing Ebola outbreak in Central Africa could cost the continent as much as US$3.6 billion, eliminate more than 328,000 jobs, and push nearly one million additional people into poverty if the disease spreads beyond its current hotspots.
