“Don’t Pay a Pesewa More!” – Rent Commissioner Declares War on Hostel Fee Hikes
Acting Commissioner of Rent Frederick Opoku has warned hostel operators against increasing accommodation fees, stressing that anyone who defies the directive could face legal action. He has also urged students not to pay unauthorized fee hikes and to report offending operators to the Rent Control Department immediately.
