US Judge Rules OSP Failed to Prove Criminal Wrongdoing Against Ken Ofori-Atta
A United States immigration judge has ruled that Ghana’s Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) failed to present sufficiently persuasive evidence to prove that former Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta committed criminal wrongdoing. The court subsequently approved his application for an adjustment of immigration status after considering his ties to the U.S., ongoing cancer treatment, and family circumstances.
