Dame challenges Deputy AG to provide evidence over frozen bank account allegation
Godfred Yeboah Dame has challenged Deputy Attorney-General Dr Justice Srem-Sai to provide evidence that former NAFCO CEO Hanan Abdul-Wahab attempted to withdraw funds from a frozen bank account. Dame insists the allegation is false and says his client’s arrest violated a valid High Court order.
